Farmhouse Kitchen Amalfi Coast Serafina with its delicious traditonal products, is an oasis where you will find peace, relaxation, convenience, a hospitable and comfortable environment, where even the care of his furnishing, give a warm and friendly welcome. A place characterized by centuries-old traditions in which to immerse themselves in the rhythms of the seasons: the work in the fields, picking lemons, olives and grapes, or of garden products: salads, green beans, pumpkins and anything else you’ll find in the delicious dishes at the table. We use seasonal ingredients, eggs, cheese and meats from the product of our farm animals. It is possible to buy in the farm many of the products used in the preparation of our dishes.
We are a small family farm: cultivate olives, grapes, lemons, vegetables and greens. We use our products in the farmhouse kitchen, we offer you a menu as much as possible to zero km, for authentic dishes and typical Mediterranean tradition prepared by Giuseppina with great passion for the cuisine.
The activity of the Farmhouse Serafina is supportive to the activity of the farm and we put the best care in offering hospitality and services to our guests.
During the summer, before sitting at our Farmstay Furore in Amalfi Coast, you will assist in the preparation of the succulent cherry tomatoes ( piennolo), so named for the characteristic habit of putting the bunches of freshly picked tomatoes, hanged on a twine and then we preserved them in the cellars where they keep still good and tasty until Easter: excellent for seasoning bruschetta, for flavoring dishes based on fish or to prepare appetizing pasta sauces.
The fix menù is daily prepared and based on the availability of products, mainly from our farm.

Bruschetta with cherry tomatoes “piennolo”, olive oil (eggplant, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, beans), pumpkin, courgettes, eggplant and roasted peppers, sliced meats (ham, salami, bacon), caciotta (fresh cheese by dairy milk) of our production.
Homemade pasta: (scialatielli, ravioli, gnocchi, etc.), Pasta and courgettes, spaghetti “fujuto” fish, pasta and beans, penne provola, eggplant and cherry tomatoes.
Cheese on lemon leaf, meat with tomato, sausage, bacon and roasted pork.
Seasonal fruit and homemade liqueurs (limoncello, fennel, mandarin, prickly pear).
